Peer feedback provides students with the dual benefits of getting insight into their work and gaining a deeper understanding of assignment criteria by applying them to the work of others. These benefits can be amplified when feedback is paired with the opportunity to revise work. This workshop will discuss the benefits and challenges of using peer feedback, offer strategies for how to make it most successful, and suggest some creative ways to use technology for peer feedback across course modalities.
For Future Faculty Program participants, this session fulfills the “Assignments, Assessment & Active Learning” requirement.
