Implementing Project-based Learning as an Inclusive Pedagogy, Part 3

In this three-day intensive, you will design a course project and learn how to facilitate project-based learning in ways that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will compose a driving question to motivate students to inductively learn targeted course content through self-directed inquiry and project development. From there, you will begin developing your course in an existing Canvas course shell that can support project-based learning in an online, on-ground, or hybrid format. Peer feedback and sharing of developing courses will be significant components of this intensive. You are expected to attend all three sessions: August 8, August 10, August 12.

For Future Faculty Program participants, this session fulfills the “Assignments, Assessment, and Active Learning” requirement.
