This working group will meet six times for instruction, feedback, and support throughout the process of designing an online course. Topics will include course structure and organization, activity design, faculty/student and student/student interaction, digital content presentation, and facilitation strategies. This group is intended for educators who want to design a specific course during the working group’s timeframe.
Meeting dates are 2/10, 2/24, 3/9, 3/23, 4/6, and 4/27.
Recommended for: Northeastern University educators who want to design and develop an online course for Summer or Fall 2020.
For Future Faculty Program participants, this session fulfills the “Course & Syllabus Design” or “Assignments & Assesment” requirement.
