In this workshop series, participants will have an opportunity to gain new insight into their teaching through a formative process of self-reflection and reciprocal classroom observation with colleagues in different disciplines. In Part 1, participants will form pairs or triads and conduct one to two observations with their partner(s). In Part 2, participants will reconvene to share what they learned from the observation process, as well as any key insights that helped to improve their teaching. This series is intended to encourage a mutually supportive space for reflection and conversation about teaching.
