Supporting Students in Introductory Courses With Peer Tutoring

Aug 26 • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Students in introductory courses may be novices in several ways. For example, they may be first-year students learning how to navigate college. They may be exploring a specific discipline for the first time. They may be encountering new ways of thinking, different kinds of assignments, and much more. Making sure all students are successful requires a network of support across the university. Faculty from different disciplines will share how they have worked with the Peer Tutoring Program, and you will come away with ideas to leverage peer tutoring in your own introductory course.

This session is only open to Northeastern University educators. Please use your Northeastern email when registering.
