Team-Based Learning (TBL) is a specific form of collaborative learning that evolves student groups into cohesive and high-performing learning teams. In this workshop, you will experience how TBL’s special sequence of individual and team activities with immediate feedback can be made possible using tools in Canvas. You will come away with an understanding of the structural flaw that underlies most “group projects” and a method to design high-energy team discussion activities.
For Future Faculty Program participants, this session fulfills the “Assessment & Active Learning” requirement.
This session is only open to Northeastern University educators. Please use your Northeastern email when registering. You cannot be enrolled in the course without Northeastern credentials.
