AI in Action: Getting Started with AI in Your Teaching
This AI in Action workshop focuses on strategies for effectively incorporating generative AI into course activities and assignments. The session will be highly interactive with discussions, demonstrations, and opportunities to practice engineering prompts for ChatGPT.
Participants will also hear from a faculty member about an AI-based activity or assignment they implemented in coursework, and lessons learned from the experience. In order to participate fully, we recommend setting up a ChatGPT account through Open AI account prior to the event.
This is the first in a series of three AI in Action workshops, each featuring a different faculty member and different examples.
